Unleashed: Adoptions
Rescue To Rehomed
Every animal arrives with a different story. Through safe removal, rehabilitation, socialization, thoughtful matching, and continued support, GrowlTopia helps animals move beyond difficult beginnings. These are just a few of our successful rehome stories.
Yetti_Golden Doodle
Abandoned to Adored
Yetti was abandoned in someone’s yard at 2year's old and remained there waiting for owners who never returned. GrowlTopia responded, brought her into safety, and gave her the patience, structure, and confidence-building support she needed.
Today, Yetti is successfully rehomed and thriving on a beautiful ranch with two canine companions and a family who adores her.
🐾 Welcome to the Pack
Adopting through GrowlTopia Unleashed Euphoria means more than bringing a dog home — it means joining a community.
You are never expected to navigate challenges alone. From training questions and growth phases to medical recovery and long-term planning, we are here to support you every step of the way.
We believe dogs thrive best when their humans are supported, educated, and empowered.
Welcome to the Pack. 🐺💜
Vaccination & Health Records Policy
GrowlTopia Unleashed Euphoria provides each animal with preventative and medical care appropriate to their age, health, known history, and length of time in our care.
Before placement, adopters receive available treatment and vaccination records. Because many animals arrive with unknown or incomplete medical histories, GrowlTopia does not represent every animal as having completed an entire lifetime vaccination series.
Puppies and kittens may require additional boosters after placement.
Age-Appropriate Vaccinations
When medically appropriate, animals receive age-appropriate core vaccinations while in GrowlTopia’s care. The adopter is responsible for continuing any remaining vaccine series and obtaining future boosters through a licensed veterinarian according to the veterinarian’s recommended schedule.
Vaccination records will identify the vaccines administered, known administration dates, and any upcoming care disclosed to GrowlTopia. Unless specifically documented, GrowlTopia does not guarantee immunity or protection from every infectious disease.
Rabies Vaccination
Texas law requires dogs and cats to receive a rabies vaccination by four months of age.
Rabies vaccine must be administered by, or under the direct supervision of, a licensed veterinarian.
Animals four months of age or older must have current rabies-vaccination documentation before placement unless a licensed veterinarian provides a documented medical exception.
When an animal is placed before reaching four months of age, the adopter assumes responsibility for obtaining the rabies vaccination by the legally required age and providing GrowlTopia with a copy of the veterinary certificate.
Continuing Care
The adopter is responsible for establishing care with a licensed veterinarian and completing all remaining vaccinations, boosters, examinations, and preventative treatments after placement.
GrowlTopia’s records do not replace an independent veterinary examination.
Microchip Policy Notice
For the safety and long-term protection of our cats and dogs, GrowlTopia Unleashed Euphoria may microchip adopted dogs with GrowlTopia listed as a secondary or recovery contact.
This policy exists solely to:
- Recover lost or stolen dogs
- Prevent abandonment or unauthorized transfer
- Ensure dogs can be safely returned if found
Being listed as a secondary contact does not interfere with day-to-day ownership, veterinary decisions, or routine care.
Primary ownership and responsibility remain with the adopter.
Reproductive Care & Sterilization Policy
Although these animals are rescues, they are privately cared for and rehomed through GrowlTopia Unleashed Euphoria. Our care and placement protocols may differ from those of traditional shelters.
Animals are not routinely subjected to reproductive surgery while residing in GrowlTopia’s care. When an animal is placed before sterilization, the adopter must sign a sterilization agreement establishing the required completion date.
Unless an earlier date is recommended by a licensed veterinarian:
• An infant female must be sterilized no later than 30 days after reaching six months of age.
• An infant male must be sterilized no later than 30 days after reaching eight months of age.
• An adult animal must be sterilized within 30 days following adoption.
A deadline may be extended when a licensed veterinarian provides written documentation that sterilization could jeopardize the animal’s health. After the procedure, the adopter must provide GrowlTopia with written confirmation from the veterinarian.
GrowlTopia does not perform reproductive procedures or determine the surgical method used. Those medical decisions must be made between the adopter and their chosen licensed veterinarian.
